Return & Exchange

Customers who are unsatisfied with purchases made through are allowed to return the item(s) within 30 days of the order confirmation via email.
Nawwar Design Team will review your request within 7 working days of its receipt and get back to you thereafter.


Following reasons will not be considered as a valid grounds for a refund or exchange, such as “I changed my mind” or “I don’t want it anymore”.
All returned item(s) are subject to quality control inspection and approval.


We reserve the right to refuse any refund request, at our own discretion, should we determine that a customer is abusing our refund / exchange policy.
Sale/Discounted item(s) are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Exchange item(s) will be picked by Nawwar Design Team based on product availability.

Return item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and return in the exact condition upon purchased with tag attached.

Only orginal item(s) purchased through or our official boutiques are entitle for refund or exchange.
